Doryell Davis is not new to the theater stage, but is making his MNTITS debut in Jitney. Doryell got his start in theater in Memphis, Tennessee where he performed in such plays as The Wiz, Crowns, The Trial of Mammy Louise and Safreeta Mae, and If Scrooge Were a Brother to name a few. A lover of film and television as well, Doryell has also secured lead roles in short films as well as in TVOne’s For My Man. Doryell is a student at the Professional Actor’s Studio in Atlanta, GA. He is grateful to God, his family and his friends for their love and support and would like to thank all those involved in Jitney for making this an extremely rewarding experience.
